Open Records Policy

You have the right to:

• 迅速获取非保密或不受其他保护的信息；

• Receive certain kinds of information without exceptions，如公职人员的投票记录等资料；

A. Information to be released

• Keep 所有 appointments to 检查 records and to pick up copies. Failure to keep appointments 可能导致失去在要求的时间检查信息的机会.

Cost of Records

• If estimated costs exceed $100.00 (or $50.00 if a 政府ernmental body has fewer than （16名全职雇员）政府机构可能要求保证金、预付款或押金.

• Make a timely payment for 所有 mutu所有y agreed charges. A 政府ernmental body can demand payment of overdue balances exceeding $100.00, or obtain a security deposit, before processing additional requests from you.

B. Information that may be withheld due to an exception

  2. notify the requestor of the referral to the Attorney General; and
